WesTrac China, the newest Caterpillar dealer in China, was established on January 1st , 2001. WesTrac China has been designated as the exclusive Caterpillar dealer for Provinces of Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the Municipalities of Beijing and Tianjin.
