Posting to Hong Kong or Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing M&A transaction services engagements, including financial due diligence, business valuation, financial modeling, research and proposal preparation, etc.
Responsible for assisting in marketing of professional services
Responsible for supervising junior staff
Requirements:
Professional qualification of HKICPA/ CICPA or other equivalent overseas qualification is a must
Bachelor` s degree or above, in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or MBA
Minimum 10 years' relevant work experience for Associate Director； Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
Knowledge on financial modeling skills is a plus
Good command of both English and Mandarin, Cantonese will be a plus
A good team player with excellent analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications
