Office Manager
Located in Beijing
Our client is a global leading company. They are looking for an office manager in Beijing
This position is to work alongside partners in Beijing to ensure the provision of best practice support specifically in HR and Facilities events. Liaising with HR Asia, and other service directors, where necessary to facilitate the smooth running of the Beijing Office in line with company’s standard and practice.
As an Office Manager your primary responsibilities will be to
· Actively lead fee earner searches – recruitment channel selection, qualification screening, interview coordination, background screening, and offer letter construction.
· Provide HR solutions to partners about a variety of ER and EL issues
· Be responsible for the effective development, implementation and management of operations in the office in accordance with the company’s standards and ensuring they satisfy local statutory requirements
· Be responsibility for all staff working in secretarial or Operations functions in the office (i.e. those permanently employed ,temporary, contract or agency staff, and employees of outsource service suppliers); Administrative and secretarial staff management
· Be responsible for compliance issues such as processing registration of representatives, attending to licence and registration renewals, etc, as required by the regulatory authorities;
To qualify for this role you should have A university degree and
· Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in similar managerial role in a mid-sized office
· Law firm experience is highly preferred.
· Efficient, adaptable and flexible working style
· Strong team and people management skills
· Excellent English skill, Mandarin as native speaker
