October, 2006, Office Depot Inc.（www.officedepot.com）, a leading global provider of office products and services, a Fortune 500 company, announced acquisition of AsiaEC. As scheduled, there will be a period to make a brand transition. Office products will be under both brands of Office Depot OU DI BAN GONG and AsiaEC for several months and then AsiaEC brand will be abandoned in order to promote our uniform brand in the most populous nation.
