职位: 高级人事经理（工厂项目）
工作职责：
-全面负责工厂项目的全部人事工作，执行项目关于人事管理工作的任务。
-负责工厂项目有关薪酬福利、人员招聘、劳动合同管理、员工关系及绩效考核工作。
-熟悉国家和地方的法律法规，能结合公司及客户情况做出相应的薪酬福利建议和工作流程优化。
-负责项目的有关薪酬福利指导、审核、分析及解决等相关工作。
-负责培养和辅导组员，为外派人员办理及进行入离职、社保及商保、劳动合同管理、员工关系和劳动风险预防及解决等人事工作。
-与各项目及客户保持良好的沟通协作，维护及发展客情。
具体要求：
-全日制本科及以上学历。
-35岁以上，10年以上大中型企业人力资源管理工作经验，包括5年以上制造业人事经理工作经验，有大型外企工作经验者尤佳。
-熟悉劳动、工资、保险、个税等政策法规及流程,熟悉《新劳动合同法》。
-具备一定的英文书写能力，较强的数字分析能力、严谨的逻辑思维能力及较强的文字功底。
-善于与人沟通，较强团队管理能力。
-具备良好的职业操守，细致、耐心、谨慎、稳重；具有强烈的敬业精神与责任感。
