Responsibilities:

·         Represent us/improve our relationships to/with our agents, steamship lines and customers under our company philosophy and yearly targets.

·         Communicate with our agents’ offices in China both with operational/pricing/management level people and with our overseas offices daily basis about in and out shipments.

·         To hire an operation manager immediately to assist in daily work.

·         Control on pricing and rate negotiations.

·         Active sales and follow ups with potential clients.

Qualifications:

·         Western national candidate is preferable; for Chinese Candidates, need Europe or USA experience,

·         At least 3-5 years experience in logistics preferably sea freight.

·         At least living in China for the last 1-2 years.

·         High level of Managerial & Communicative skills with overseas and local people.

·         Leadership skills. 

·         Mandarin speaking is preferable but not a must.

·         Available for traveling in China and traveling internationally.

·         Enthusiastic for new opportunities, new challenges and aggressive targets.
