岗位要求:
大学本科或以上学历 在销售,服务领域(银行证券业)有8年或以上工作经验;或拥有针对银行证券行业的招聘经验。有猎头公司经验优先;外企经验优先 市场销售经验丰富,在开拓发展业务方面业绩良好。 至少两年管理5人以上团队经验 擅长沟通谈判,中英文流利。
Job description:
Develop and execute Business Development and marketing plan to achieve sales and profits target. Lead the sales activity of the branch to acquire new business, retain existing business, and grow key accounts. Ensure efficient quality service for the clients and candidates by applying the company’s customer service policy and standard procedures. Complete all required reports on time. Prepare and implement annual business plan and financial forecast of the branch Improve productivity and motivation through staff recruiting, training, retention, and performance management.
Job requirements:
Possess at least a university or equivalent academic/professional qualifications. Have eight years or longer experience in a sales, service-oriented environment,especially banking or securities industry. Candidates who are from banking or securities industry with recruitment experience will also be considered.MNC experience preferred. executive search experience preferred. Have rich experience in marketing and/or selling, keep a good track record in developing and growing the business Have at least two years’ experience in people management leading a team of five or more. Good at communication and negotiation, fluent in both English and Chinese
