Job Responsibilities:
· Develop the related financial reports (B/S, P/L, Cash flow statements, etc) in line with China and Company accounting standards.
· Ensure compliance to statutory requirements and company policies.
· Establish, implement appropriate procedures and internal controls.
· Manage treasury, credit controls and cash management to maximize liquidity for daily operational requirements.
· Liaise with internal and external auditors and local governments on audit, and inspection issues of legal entities in China.
· Responsible for all tax-related issues and liaise with tax agent with all the tax declaration affairs.
· Monitor and regularly report company performance based on operational KPIs.
· Plan and forecast annual financial targets according to the 3-5 year strategic goals.
· Provide a liaison to external legal support and counsel for all legal issues and legal related documents, including leases, contracts, NDA, etc.
· Provide the general counsel and advice to all internal employees with regards to financial related matters.
· Develop the internal capital and expense approval processes.
· Assist in overall pricing policies that will affect company performance.
· Conduct reviews and evaluations of cost-reducing opportunities.
· Build up and manage the finance and accounting organization through identifying and developing capable employees by different way of coaching and training.
· Involvement in other ad-hoc assignments and projects.
Job Qualifications:
· Degree graduate in accounting and finance with 8+ years relevant experience, of which 3-4 years should be at supervisory or managerial level from multinationals.
· CPA qualified with sound knowledge of PRC and international accounting reporting standards.
· Good communication skills of both English and Mandarin.
· Effective leadership skills with drive, innovation and strong sense of commitment and adaptive to change.
· Hands on approach to problem solving and the ability to work under pressure.
· Proven ability to influence others within an organization.
· Excellent leadership abilities and a good team player as well.
· Excellent analytical, planning and organizing skills.
