Job Responsibility:
1.Responsible for the general accounting and consolidation of all legal entities under the company's management according to US GAAP
2.Responsible for the statutory reporting according to PRC GAAP
3.Responsible for coordination with external auditors for the audited consolidated reports
4.Tax filing obligations for all legal entities
5.Responsible for share based compensation
6.Supervision of overseas accounting and financial operations
7.Supports CFO and CEO in the public listing in US
8.Manage a team of about 10 people towards a continuous improvement in quality and efficiency
9.Elaborate financial and accounting policies where relevant
10.Support the implementation of SOX 404
Qualifications:
1.A confirmed accounting professional with a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finanace required, preferably acquired in US.
2.A confirmed experience in both US GAAP and PRC GAAP accounting practice,US CPA a plus
3.Unquestionable integrity,strong analytical skills with a capability to summarize a complex business situation
4.Capability to train the staff towards a higher degree of professionalism |
