由于在中国业务的发展，现我们的客户在中国上海总部招聘1名Tax Manager，具体要求如下：
Responsibilities:
1. Lead, direct, review and improve Group corporate structure to ensure tax efficiency, especially cross boarders relationships;
2. Implementation of approved structure and group annual tax budget;
3. Provide commercial and tax basis to support group structure; Prepare defense strategies;
4. Lead the review, and the enforcement of Group Tax Compliance matters, including internal Tax Audit;
5. Tax advisory on special projects;
6. Functional leadership to BGs’ tax managers;
7. Leadership in handling all tax investigation case;
Requirements:
1. Degree in Accountancy or laws or both. Professional accountancy qualification recognized by professional bodies like ICPAS, CPA Australia, etc.
2. Have been in international tax practice for more than 7 years either in the tax advisory services of a public accounting firm or the tax dept of a sizable multinational group;
3. Substantial experience in handling and structuring cross-border tax matters;
4. Good knowledge on corporate secretarial matters relating to setting up and liquidation of companies;
5. Familiar with regional jurisdictions like Brazil, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and exposure to tax planning jurisdiction like BVI, Bermuda, Macau will be advantages;
6. Good accounting knowledge;
7. Good presentation skill, both written and spoken; and
8. Team player, innovative, “solution seeker” rather than “problem definer”
