II.Sealing Systems. Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. Share of ownership: 100%. Key products: Cylinder head gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, wide range of secondary gaskets.
III.Friction. Wuhan, Hubei Province. Share of ownership: 100%. Key products: disc brake pads and lined brake shoes.
IV.Joints and Chassis. Qingdao, Shandong Province. Share of ownership: 100%. Key products: driveline and suspension products.
V.Piston. Qingdao, Shandong Province. Joint Venture with a Korea company. Share of ownership: 50%. Key products: pistons.
Federal-Mogul is developing its presence within the Asia Pacific region, Shanghai office is the headquarters of Federal-Mogul in China, in the near future, technical center and headquarters of F-M Asia will be set up in Pudong area.
