岗位要求：
1、全日制大专以上学历,金融、财会或相关专业；
2、有较好的外语水平（日语、英语）；
3、愿长期从事金融行业，服务意识强；
4、具备一定的电脑技能和计算能力；
5、具备高度敬业精神和团队合作能力，有较强的责任心和沟通能力；
6、能全身心投入到公司的培训体系中；
7、能适应轮班、夜班制工时,准时到岗；
8、形象良好，品德端正，身体健康,能按要求穿着公司制服；
9、有1-2年银行工作经验者优先。
岗位职责：
1、欢迎客户并为客户提供优质服务，尽力满足客户需求；
2、进行外币兑换及其他交易产品业务；
3、按照销售流程实现最大化销售；
4、管理柜面事宜，尽可能减少不必要支出；
5、为团队工作提供个人协作与支持；
6、实现个人绩效指标和团队指标。
Responsibility:
1、Welcome customers and take ownership for their needs

3、Use the sales process and Follow the sales process in order to maximise sales
4、Manage till stocks and Fully investigate overs and shorts (differences), and report
5、Use every opportunity to upsell and cross sell

8、Minimise waste and cost
9、Deliver excellent customer service to Concessionaire/Retail partners
10、Achieve individual and location KPIs / targets and Track personal and shop performance

Employing more than 6,200 staff globally, we operate over 700 money exchange branches in 35 countries. We now invite individuals with high calibre Finance & Accounting Manager to join our Beijing Airport team.
This role is considered a senior appointment and will be instrumental in providing strategic analysis of the business and guidance for senior management, as well as standard accounting and finance functions. Reporting to the Head of Finance Asia based in HK, the position is responsible for all accounting and finance functions of the company's extensive retail network throughout China, which is currently undergoing significant growth.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior accountant/auditor who is wishing to take the next step up in their career. The candidate must be willing to "get their hands dirty" in the financial details of the operations, but also have the capability to provide analytical insight and strategic vision.
