Responsibilities:
1. Define plans, methods and tools to acquire new customers; Define plans, methods and tools to build customer loyalty and increase customer value; Define and set up the appropriate customer segmentation
2. Products and services offer
Define, create and launch the products and services offer
Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
Ensure the overall responsibility and the prioritization of corresponding IT and organisation projects
Formulate and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
Develop pricing strategies, balancing objectives and customer satisfaction
Define distribution strategies and set up distribution processes
Take advantage of the marketing and commercial expertise existing at SGCIB for very large corporate customers (CORI customers)
3. Commercial control
Organize and set up the commercial policy
Take into account rules and procedures defined by the Risk Department
Define and set up sales objectives, control their realization, and take corrective measures whenever necessary
Supervise sales action plans
Define and organize sales force's training regarding new products, sales processes and tools
4. Management
Direct the hiring and performance evaluations of staff and oversee their daily activities
Liaise and communicate with others such as CORI, Distribution, Financial, etc.
Other Requirements:
Deep knowledge of the Chinese corporate market, active listening, critical thinking, ethics, systems analysis, coordination, decision making and communication. |
