前台柜员
工作职责：
-处理分行客户之日常银行交易，包括开立户口、提/存款、找换、转账及汇款等
-提供优质客户服务以巩固客户基础
-协助编制人民银行及外管有关之报表
条件：
-大学本科或以上学历
-1年以上零售银行业务运作或前台柜员经验，具外资银行工作经验者优先考虑
-对人民银行及外管条例有基本认识
-具客户服务意识及良好沟通技巧
-中、英文程度良好，熟悉办公室计算机软件应用
Counter Operations Teller
Job Responsibilities:
-Process daily payment transactions, including account openings, deposit, remittance etc.
-Provide quality services to customers
-Prepare daily reports to related parties, e.g. PBOC and SAFE
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or above
-Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in foreign banks
-Knowledge of the regulations of PBOC and SAFE
-Strong customer service orientation, good communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software |
