• Manage all the financial issues of the entire Wuxi operations
  
• Ensure compliances with Group standard as well as with Asian requirements
  
• Lead the financial control activities
  
• Drive all necessary investigations to meet Internal Control compliances
  
• Ensure TIMELY and ACCURATE financial and management reports
  
• Ensure the operations meet the corporate reporting requirement and comply with legal, regulatory and generally accepted accounting practice
  
• Financial report consolidation for each business entity in Wuxi
  
• Build up the monthly reporting system in accordance with group reporting requirements
  
• Build up financial forecasting system
  
• Coordinate in preparation of annual operating budget
  
• Ensure credit management and report on Risks management
  
• Manage, control and coordinate local Finance staffs
  
• Manage and coordinate the cooperate HR, Administration and IT department.

Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance or Accounting , ACCA certificate holder preferred
  
• Fluently English spoken and writing
  
• Advanced use of software tools e.g. MS Excel
  
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  
• Strong analytical skills and solution provider
  
• Strong people management skills
  
• Autonomous, reliable, rigorous and strong curiosity
  
• 10 years Finance Manager/Director in Mid-size international industrial companies, or
