•Duties would include but not be limited to;
oNew package development
oAnswer assembly questions and resolve assembly issues
oImprove assembly yields and enhance package quality/reliability
oReview and signoff of assembly documentation such as PODs, bond shells and process flows
oThe manufacturing engineer will be based in China and work with subcontract facilities in Philippines and China.
•BS ME, EE, Physics, or Material Science
oAt least 6 years experience in assembly/package engineering working at or with Asian subcontract assembly facilities.
