KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for south China aftermarket segment sales activities/PO
  
• Develop/Manage distributor/sub-distributor network to achieve sales objective
  
• Implement aftermarket strategy aimed at strengthening DuPont's market awareness as well as brand image
  
• Understand/map out responsible territories' competition and market dynamics to contribute to long-term strategy formulation
  
• Manage relationship with key end users/accounts to build up direct market interface in aftermarket segment
  
• Support/implement Isceon retrofit project development with help from technical force

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-10 years working experience in aftermarket related industry/business
  
• Bachelor's degree
  
• Self-motivated , independent , mature
  
• Distribution management experience will be essential to future success
  
• English capability, oral and written
  
• Potential to develop into senior level sales & marketing
