• To identify market and business opportunity for company ranges of products and services. • Provide feedbacks to solutions group on current competitors.
Business Development:
• To bring in a pre-determined amount of project revenue each year. • To ensure a good Sales Funnel Management. • To formulate strategies to acquire new clients and penetrate existing clients for the company. • To build trusting relationship with prospects and clients. • To build strategic relationship with clients to achieve realization for clients. • To understand prospects and client business challenges in the area of people performance. • Maintain active role in sales and lead generation. • To creatively propose and sell solutions to the prospects and clients. • Active involvement in complex/integrated solution sales through consultative selling skills. • To scope, plan, cost, and close the client
Project Delivery:
• To provide accurate project specification to consultant(s) delivering the project • To manage clients’ expectation & follow-up to ensure quality delivery Mandatory: • BA/BS degree. • 5 years of relevant experience. • Successful experience in sales of conceptual integrated solutions, which solve business issues. • History of providing outstanding customer service • Good interpersonal skill. • Consultative sales experience • Business acumen. • Computer literacy. Preferred: • MBA • Experience in understanding, communicating, and applying the role of Human Resources in addressing key business issues for clients and prospect • Knowledge/application of the company programs
