This is an exciting opportunity for a senior SAP HR/PY manager to join a world leader in payroll and HR as part of their team supporting clients throughout 13 countries in the Asia Pacific region.
You will have demonstrated experience in the implementation, configuration and support of the SAP HR/PY Module, and will be ready for a challenging role which utilises your skill set, and provides opportunity for growth.
Ideally you will have gained at least 5+ years experience across the full suite of the SAP HR Module, with current experience in SAP version 4.6c and above. Your ability to prioritise multiple deliverables, together with excellent problem solving and consultancy skills will be amongst your strong points. Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
You will have strong configuration skills in:
· Payroll/Time Evaluation schemas and rules
· Time Management
· Payroll data, wage types and posting to financial accounting
· Personnel Management
· HR Reporting
· Organisational Management
An understanding of authorisations, and/or experience in ESS/Portals, Personnel Development, Training & Events and Recruitment would be an advantage.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Analysis of issues to configure, test and implement quality solutions
· Respond to client change control requests through investigation, development, testing and documentation of practical solutions
· Effective participation as a team member
· Mentoring or coaching junior consultants
