- Strong LAN/WAN design and support skills with minimum 5 years experience in LAN/WAN design and implementation (preferably large enterprise scale)
- Sound fault resolution skills
- Routing&Switching,Security,MPLS,Voice over IP skills required
- IP Telephony experience
- Linux experience
- Enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Team player
- Commitment to providing excellence in customer service
- Self managed and organized
- CCNP certification required,CCIE preferred
- Linux cert is highly preferred but not required
- Strong English verbal and written skills
- Excellent oral and written English
- Excellent interpersonal communications and relationship building skills
- An industry recognized CISCO certification such as CCNP,CCVP & CCIE
- Excellent technical understanding of Linux
- Be proactive and contributive in implementing continuous process improvements and cost efficient strategies
- Work efficiently and effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High Technical competence with an ability to adapt to rapid, inevitable often unanticipated changes
- Excellent workflow and time management
- Motivated team player possessing passion and drive to achieve results
