Responsibilities:
1.The role of Business Transformation AMH (BTR AMH) is primarily to consolidate and represent the automation interests of AMH by prioritizing IT resources within the agreed policies of PFS, CMB and CIB. Through a close working relationship with the Branch Network, CBCs and other supporting departments (e.g. NSC), BTR AMH acts as their Implementation Manager/Coordinators in managing all operational changes, initiating and managing the project/ operation reviews, overseeing system enhancements, and providing daily support to users on issues relating to system and procedural problems and changes.
2.BTR AMH works closely with IT, external vendors, users and Business counter parties within AMH in the development and implementation of system enhancements to streamline the user operations and to launch new marketing products. This requires participating in the User Acceptance Test, procedures and manuals write up
3. With the rapid increase in number and complexity of banking systems (about 70 systems), cross system products (like HP) and non banking products (like Insurance, Securities and Unite Trust), BTR AMH has become a highly specialized area in providing technical and procedural advice to management and users on systems and operational issues.

Requirements:
1.Diploma or Degree holder at a recognized university or college.
2.Project management skill including encompassing feasibility study capability, implementation and review monitoring skill, people/resources management skill, planning and organizing skill etc.
3.Banking Operations knowledge with no less than 2 - 5 years hand-on experience on information processing services in financial industry.
4.Effective interpersonal skill, being able to communicate effectively with parties concerned about the plan of the migration or remigration projects.
5.Analytical and learning skills, the job holder must have an analytical mind to extract/conclude useful ideas from enormous information. He or She should also be a quick learner to adapt to various new systems/procedures.
