商务拓展与管理高级经理
工作内容：
1.负责对外投资、合作、兼并项目的资料收集、整理、可行性分析工作
2.参与项目谈判，协调配合有关中介机构开展项目投资专业支持工作
3.负责公司对外投资的日常管理、股权及投资回报管理工作，并对投资企业进行监控
4.参与公司及所属利润中心业务重组、资本重组工作
5.负责公司所属利润中心新项目/增资项目政府部门报批工作
6.负责完善公司对外投资管理制度及流程，并对执行情况进行督查
任职要求：
1.微电子、财务、管理、金融类本科或以上（MBA、PMP优先）
2.8年以上工作经验，3年以上管理经验（具有项目管理经验优先）
3.项目管理、团队建设培训经历优先
4.中、英文说写流利，熟悉半导体专业知识尤佳
5.沟通能力强，具备良好的职业道德及心理素质，工作敬业 |
