Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise and train sales team.
Identify, develop and close a targeted list of key accounts.
You will be responsible for the implementation of all phases of the sales process.
Prospect potential clients using various channel (Cold calls, exhibitions, networking, meetings, etc.)
Maintain customer satisfaction through strong account management and implementation skills.
Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly).
Participate actively to our marketing activities (trade shows, promotional events).
Territory: China Mainland.
Extensive customer visits and travels in the assigned territories.
Qualifications
Age 30+ with good experience of language training market.
A formal understanding of Solution/Consultative Selling and strong cold calling and prospecting skills.
Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Team player.
Self motivated.
BA or BS required, MBA a plus.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluent English is a MUST.
