Job Title： General Manager 

 

The purpose of this role is to:
-As the most executive in the Chongqin area, the General Manager responsible for determining the strategic vision for the local organization and for the management of the Management team;
-The General Manager is responsible for the control and deliver profit & Loss agreed targets of the business units;
-To lead the local team to ensure delivery of the agreed objectives;
-To bring local intelligence and experience to the Asia Pacific Management Team.

 

General Functions and tasks:
-Complete responsibility for Develops plans, budgets, forecasts and financial analyses to achieve business objectives.
-Controls and directs the activities of the business. Develops both the short-term and long-range business plans and organizational strategy to meet company’s financial and strategic objectives.
-Responsible for plant operation management with Annual Operation Plan for the facilities and participate project implementation in AP region.
-Establishes internal controls, policies and procedures to protect the company’s assets and consistent with the company’s philosophy.
-Ensuring optimum operating efficiency by consistently monitoring and identifying ways to improve these processes and reduce costs.
-Managing performance, retaining and developing key reports.
-Build a multi-skilled team that both represents the core values and fits the culture of corporate office.

 

Requirements
-Min. B.Sc. degree in engineering, manufacturing, or technically-related field or business.
-Have 8+ years in similar (high level) position & Have key skills in cost reduction and lean manufacturing, project management, quality improvement, marketing & sales, growing the customer base, and business and operational analysis.
-Manufacturing Operations experience in automotive industry is required.
-Excellent presentation, written & verbal communication skills.
