Duties:
Supervise the daily operation of Guangzhou team, including:
-Coordinate the project between Hong Kong and Guangzhou
-Monitor the team’s working performance and provide daily guidance
-Need to perform the duty for moderation work and content operation task
-Arrange the team resource in daily operation
-Check attendance of the mainland team members
-Prepare daily and monthly performance reports, working reports and other documentation
-Prepare the roster with HR in Guangzhou
-Provide 24 x7 contingency support
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- No less than 5 years relevant working experience with more than 2 years in supervisory level
- Have good project management and coordination skill
- Have good learning skills and can understand the job well
- Have good communication with mainland team members and manager in Hong Kong
- Good command of written Chinese and English
- Long and flexible working hours
- 7 days 24 hours standby, shift duty is required
- Frequent travel to Hong Kong |
