- Responsible for complete sales target and manage the local customer.

Main Responsibilities/工作职责
- Responsible for management on modern trade
负责零售通路的管理; - In charge of routine sales operation affairs:
负责日常销售工作
a) Organize the sales meeting;
召开销售会议
b) Check the market performance;
市场检查
c) Coach the subordinate from visit client together etc.
协同拜访等 - Manage, train and conduct evaluation on the local sales team;
负责销售人员的管理,评估及陪训; - Achieve listing target and execute display standard;
达成公司的铺货目标及陈列标准; - Execute trade distribution and complete sales target.
达成通路的分销及销售目标。
Qualification & Experience/职位要求
- Not more than 30 years old;
30岁以下; - 2+ year related experience in FMCG MNC;
2年以上知名跨国快速消费品公司相关工作经验; - Solid experience in dealing with hyper-market and supermarket;
丰富的卖场或连锁超市及便利店操作经验。 - Excellent communication, coordination, organization and trouble-shooting skill;
优秀的沟通及协调、组织能力和解决问题的能力; - Excellent sales skill and negotiation skill
良好的销售和谈判技巧; - Good command of PC
熟练操作办公软件。
