Title： Sales Director
Salary：2万/月
岗位职责 ：
- 负责制定全面的销售策略、营销计划和发展规划。
- 负责组织销售运作、引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度；
- 负责销售部的日常业务和人事管理；
- 负责对现有客户进行良好维护和开发新客户；
- 负责指导团队成员开发客户，传授营销技巧，提供必要的工作支持；
- 负责锻炼和培养高素质的销售团队，为部门及团队成员制定营销目标和奖惩制度等；
- 负责对销售及相关费用进行合理有效管理和控制。
任职要求 ：
- 大学本科以上学历，英语流利；
- 具备十年以上销售经验或客户关系管理经验，五年以上团队管理建设经验。
- 有丰富的客户网络，具有挖掘潜在客户和独立开拓新市场的能力；
- 优秀的说服、沟通能力及丰富的团队领导能力；
- 精通各种营销、服务、渠道建设等知识技能，掌握各种客户沟通和处理客户投诉的技巧；
- 能承受较大的工作压力。

Job Description：
- At least 10 years experience in the financial field, with at least 5 years and above in a managerial capacity in an MNC working as a Finance Director or CFO.
- CPA or ACCA will be preferred.
- Have technical expertise and knowledge in all financial area including reporting, budgeting, costing, planning and general ledger.
- Experience in dealing with Banks borrowings and banking facilities.
- Able to work independently in a face-paced environment.
- Have great teamwork, leadership, good analytical, strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin languages.
- Experience in preparing the company for IPO.
