Reporting Relationship: Reporting to the Human Resources Manager,
Job Responsibilities: Provides high quality support on recruitment to all departments Fill open positions according to business requirement within target filled date in an cost effective manner Be responsible for sourcing resumes , screening resumes , conducting behaviour interview , package negotiation and offer sign off Be responsible for exploring multiple hiring channels to meet business hiring needs Develop and maintain internal talent pool as well as regular recruiting update reports Collaborate with HR team to complete new hire on-boarding work and new hire orientation training. Other HR related work assigned by manager
Qualification: Bachelor Degree with major concentration on human resources,
Experience: At least 5 years experience in human resources of which focus on recruiting is preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Other Pre-requisites: Well-versed in China Labour Law and other employment related laws Proficiency in spoken and written English Mature, pro-active and presentable; |
