Asia Recruitment Manager / Asia Sr. Recruitment Specialist
SUMMARY: 1. Support global business strategic objectives by delivering conscientious and professional recruitment activities. 2. Determines talent acquisition objectives; builds candidate database; identifies recruiting sources; develops recruiting materials; establishes candidate qualifications; prepares recruiting and hiring reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Manage outside search firms and conduct hands-on recruiting for upper-level technical and managerial positions and act as a business partner to key business units within the organization. 2. Develop and maintain professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants. 3. Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff as a source to generate qualified applicants. 4. Develop and conduct training programs for managers designed to improve recruiting and hiring efficiencies and reduce turnover. 5. Meet with managers to discuss upcoming needs and develop multi-faceted recruitment program. 6. Design and manage a system to collect, categorize and disperse solicited and unsolicited resumes to hiring managers and department heads in a timely manner. 7. Assist with the development of retention programs for all employees. 8. Work as a business partner with management, as they develop/consider HR strategies to result in specific plans and processes.
REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must be able to “sell” our corporation to potential employees. 2. Experience using Internet search engines. 3. Experience in developing recruitment campaigns. 4. Proficient in MSWord, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. 5. Possess solid interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate throughout the organization. 6. Can define own role, take on responsibilities, and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1. BS degree in business administration/management with emphasis in human resources or related field. 2. 6-8 years of increasingly responsible positions in recruiting previous recruiting experience. 3. 5+years’ international recruiting experience. 4. 5+years experience with HR practices and applicable regulatory compliance. 5. 2-3 year work for regional staffing. 6. Fluent in English. 7. Familiar with Shenzhen marketing about compensation. 8. Has hi-tech industry background. 9. Headhunter experience will be appreciated. |
