Job Description: (80% on training work+20% on Secretarial work)
1. Identify training needs by integrating business context to implement training plan;
2. Build employee competence that drives business success by tailor-made employee development program, career planning, training structure and annual action plan.
3. Promote knowledge share and learning culture in the organization by varies means of communication;
4. Administer training system, training information and record, deliver monthly training report;
5. Plan & organize training courses including all supporting activities (sourcing and communicating with training vendors, make full use of internal and external training resources, prepare materials, venues, hotel accommodation, post-course follow-up, etc.) ;
6. Act as an internal trainer for assigned courses;
7. Others- secretarial and administrative support for deputy General manager;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 3-5 yrs experience in training and development function, secretarial experience is plus;
3. Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and follow through - great process skills;
4. Able to manage multiple tasks and handle the stress;
5. Strong team player with high level of integrity;
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer focus;
7. High initiative, self-starter, with ability to work independently to achieve results;
8. Fluent in English, both written and oral.
