• A minimum of five years of public accounting experience in Big Four. Ideally in the capacity of Manager or above.
• Previous experience as a CAO in a US public or pre-IPO company will be a good match.
• Solid working knowledge of PRC and U.S. GAAP and accounting standards and practices is a must. Previous experience with IPO audit will be a strong plus.
• Sarbanes-Oxley (especially SOX 404) compliance experience will be a strong plus.
• An advanced degree in Accounting from US is preferred. Professional qualification such as CPA is required.
• Solid English and Chinese writing skills. Previous MG&A writing experience is a plus. Good oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, professional, motivated, and hard-working. Able to work in an unstructured environment and meet tight deadlines. A good team player.
• The position will be based in Shanghai with some traveling to US and HK.
