Role: Grow & develop territory business by planning, coaching team members & tracking performance. AccountabilitiesSelling & Merchandising ? Develop territory business through wider & deeper Key Account & Indirect Coverage ? Define execution standards & ensure compliance to Gold Merchandising Standards ? Drive execution of ASAP for all Key Accounts & escalate any key issues to RU ? Drive Direct coverage agenda for potential accounts & distribution width agenda through indirect coverageCoaching ? Work with each member in market at least once a month & provide developmental feedback ? Conduct effective weekly meeting with team (SO). ? Hire & train SO teamCustomer ? Select & influence distributor in B&C City to follow group strategy ? Be voice of customer with the company. MeasuresObjective Setting ? SO-wise Volume & execution objectives for top accounts ( Mass Display, 2nd display, Coverage, Shelf Share & Ranging) ? GMS & execution of special activities (ITM, ASAP) ? KPI setting (successful rate, Drop Size, No. of SKUs per order, % achievement, Volume, D&A& GMS.)Tracking ? Weekly ASM tracker against month Volume & Execution objectives. ? Track execution, team coaching & key competition trends in territory.
