Responsibilities Lead the technical and architectural aspects of Kingdee’s high-end ERP product to ensure the product non-functional quality, including performance, scalability, availability, customization, maintainability, agility.
Lead the architecture team in the architecture design of new platform product （Kingdee BOS，Business Operating System） features, providing architectural leadership and guidance to reduce schedule risk, enhance EAS development efficiency.
Design key technical components (such as ESB, Meta data engine, integration,), application frameworks, and customization platform.
Review existing software architecture and identify areas for improvement in the areas of scalability, maintainability, performance, availability and customization support.
Mentor and guide the development team in the adoption and use of best practices and design patterns.
Research and evaluate technology directions and partnership opportunities to enhance the product’ competency edge to provide more strategic value to our customers.
Qualifications
/Requirements 8+ years of combined experience in large ERP system development with 4+ years as architect.
Expert in J2EE, SOA, MDA, Business Process Management and other related technologies and architectures
Expert in OO analysis, design and development skills, as demonstrated by having designed large scale projects with UML.
Expert in architecting, designing and deep understanding with architecture pattern and department pattern.
Expert in large database application design and system performance tuning.
Deep understanding with large scale system development process and methodologies.
Strong interpersonal skill and oral and written communication skills.
Good team player and high accountability
A BSCS or BSEE is required. Masters or PhDs degree preferred.
