职位描述：
该销售岗位优秀人员平均月收入可达4万以上。简历请附近照，会优先考虑。请不要重复投递简历。
主要职责：
为全球电子产品制造商提供各类生产紧缺的电子元器件（IC/MEMORYCHIPS/PASSIVE）以及向客户推荐降低电子元器件采购成本方案，帮助客户处理多余库存。
1.通过电话、拜访等方式与全球电子制造商的元器件采购建立合作关系；
2.处理客户的各类元器件需求、报价，订单谈判及货款回收。
3.客户服务及关系拓展。
4. 组建并指导培训团队成员。
职位要求：
非常熟悉电子元件分销领域，有强烈的电子元件分销兴趣和成功渴望，爱好广泛，喜爱交友和运动（如篮球），口才优秀，思维敏捷，行动迅速。精力充沛！非常认同销售提成体制，有信心在短期内通过自己的能力获得高业绩高收入来买车买房者优先考虑！
1. 三年以上电子元件分销行业的销售经验；
2. 本科以上学历，英文熟练，普通话标准；管理经验丰富，抗压能力强！
3. 国籍不限，
薪酬福利：包括丰厚底薪+元件销售领域最具竞争力的业绩提成比例+年底双薪分红计划，享有国家法定节假日、社保及年假，五天工作制，并提供购车、购房等多种鼓励制度及期权计划。
Main Responsibilities:
Sell all kinds of brands urgent and shortage IC/Memory chips to global electronics manufacture to meet customer urgent production requirement.and provide customer the cost down sourcing service for IC/Memory chips and help customer to resell their excess stock.
-Develop global electronic manufacture through phone or face-to-face visiting.
-Follow up the RFQ and order negotiating & customer service.
-Customer relationship maintaining and developing.
-Building Team and training team members.
Job Requirements:
-Over 3 years sales experiences in electronics components.
- Bachelor Degree or above, Good command of English. Management skill, and work under pressure
-Above 1 year working experience of foreign trading or sales.
-Success in phone sales field or sales experience in sizable electronics component independent distributor(or franchised distributor) is preferred.
-aggressive, creative & optimistic. Work location in Taiwan or HongKong is both okay!
Salary Package: basic salary,most attractive commission policy, double pay in the end of year and profit sharing.We provide annual leave, 5 days working, legal holiday,social insurance.Car bonus program and stock option plan. |
