Software QA Engineer Position Summary:
As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will perform testing of software that has been localized for Chinese language speakers. You will work with Application Development and Project Management resources to ensure that software is of very high quality and is delivered according to project schedules.
Minimum Responsibilities:
• Perform revisionist work on software translated into Chinese.
• Perform UI testing.
• Prepare and run automated test scripts.
• Perform load testing.
• Report defects to the MKMV bug tracking system.
• Perform regression testing.
Minimum Requirements:
• BA/BS Computer Science, Finance, or technical degree from a top institution. Masters in Computer Science a plus.
• Experience with software development and testing principles.
• Experience with programming languages.
• Strong customer orientation and an eagerness to excel and be a part of a dynamic, fast growing team.
• Superb analytical skills and persistence in problem solving.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Chinese.
• Strong English language skills (especially written).
• Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Exposure to financial industry, banking, and/or financial markets a plus.
