Prefered candidate:
– Highly motivated R&D Engineers
- with a background in IC CAD, layout, computational geometry
- or other physical design related EDA backgrounds.
Job description:
– Develop lithography verification capabilities that help ensure good quality of image on wafer.
– The R&D Engineer will
* define functional spec, design algorithm, implement such,
* design test cases and conduct tests to ensure good quality of such implementation and
* write documents on the usage.
– New hirer may be afforded an opportunity of a training in the US
Requirement
– BS in EE, CS, physics or math
– Minimum 2 years working experience if BS, new graduate OK if MS or higher
– Strong preference if majored in CAD, IC design or computational geometry
– Proficient in C/C++ language, experience with large code (》50K lines) preferred
– Familiar with Unix/Linux, CVS, Python/Perl/bash scripting
– English: good reading and writing skill, reasonable spoken skill
– Experiences with image processing, lithography models and semiconductor manufacturing a plus
职责:
1.开发光刻的检验性能, 以保证高质量的晶片图象;
2.定义功能性规格,设计运算法则,工具等等;
3.实施测试,分析和报告,以确保产品的高质量;
4.新入职员工将有机会赴美国接受培训.
要求:1.电子工程学/计算机科学/数学/物理学专业
2.本科生:两年以上工作经验的;硕士或以上学历的应届毕业生
3.计算机辅助设计/I集成电路设计/计算几何专业优先
4.熟练掌握C++/ C语言
5.熟练使用Unix/Linux, CVS, Python/Perl/bash scripting
