Responsibilities:
As a member of the team he will be responsible for specification, development and verification of digital TV receivers and decoders.
Your Profile:
1. PhD in electrical, electronic or computer engineering
2. Strong theoretical background in modulation (OFDM/QAM, synchronization, equalization, channel coding, channel transmission, etc) and/or Audio/Video processing (transport level, decompression, scaling, de-interlacing, filtering, etc)
3. Experience in design, simulation and implementation of algorithms and related blocks of digital receivers and AV decoders
4. Familiarity and practice with programming languages: C/C++, SystemC, MatLab, RTL for FPGA
5. Knowledge and/or practice with IC development and FPGA prototyping is a plus
6. Knowledge and practice with digital TV receivers/decoders in broadcast systems is a plus
