Job Title: Finance Controller
Location: Suzhou /China
Department: Finance
Reports To: President/CEO
Main Job function:
1. Provide leadership and direction to ensure high standards of financial reporting, statutory accounting and tax, compliance to local laws, corporate finance and company secretariat duties of the Company.
2. Preparation, co-ordination and consolidation of rolling forecasts, annual budget and 3 year plan
3. Prepare consolidated statutory and management reports for management's and shareholders' review
4. Board of Director Liaison; participate in Board meeting and reporting
5. Support business managers in the evaluation of business initiatives and valuation models
6. Coordinate and prepare all legal documents associate with Preferred Series financing include term-sheet and agreements
7. Perform other ad-hoc financial analysis and reports
The Requirements:
1. University Graduate with CPA
2. Eight or more years of increasingly responsible in similar position
3. Costing experience in manufacturing environment.
5. Proven track record of good people management skills as well as the ability to handle multi tasks in managerial capacity.
6. Strong analytical problem solving skills and high computer literacy
7. Self-driven and able to work within tight deadlines
8. Possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task
9. Able to read, write and speak English and Chinese as you will be dealing with China companies |
