Titel: Technical Analyst, TCM India (Opics, Summit, LoanIQ).After slaes
Reports to:Customer Services Manager
Role Family:Customer Support (L2)
Purpose of the role:
To use their technical and business knowledge of financial markets/commercial lending to provide high quality technical consultancy that to ensure the issues/problems raised by L1/L2 support teams/customers/customer facing channels are resolved within the SLAs defined.
Accountabilities
• Provide L2 support to customers. Manage relationship and SLA with L3 support team.
• Liaise with the clients to analyse, determine and document their issues; thereby allowing Misys to make recommendations, provide advice & guidance. Champion company's solutions. Analyse, resolve/escalate problems encountered by the team during the support of company's products and when interfacing to third party systems. This will include detailed issue escalation and resolution through interaction with other departments and, where appropriate, the escalation of complex or system wide issues to the Product Manager/Project Manager.
Key Performance Indicators
• Customer referenceability.
• Adherence to SLA on L2 support
• 100% resolution of customer issues.
• Number and age of outstanding customer issues
Educational Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology or Computers. (Preferably Engg)
Experience: Must have gained experience in the Banking Space (preferably Treasury applications) OR in a software services company as a Technical Consultant OR with company or its competitors in Development, PS or Support Functions.
