In the challenging context of LTE wireless projects, LTE Hardware Team is in charge of eNodeB digital hardware design and development, including backplane, control and baseband board, mechanical design, etc.
1.Design / develop / debug eNB control/baseband / backplane / transport board schematics, including evaluate and select appropriate components.
2.Define PCB layout rules and review work of PCB designers on an ongoing basis.
3.Develop hardware specifications together with system team.
4.Cooperate closely with software design, test and manufacturing team.
The teams bring a challenging environment with opportunities to work on complex technologies, and to develop skills on LTE and 4G networks.
Requirements:
1.Education background: Master or above
2.Major in: telecommunication, computer science, or related
3.10+ years high density digital circuit design and development experience
4.8+ years NodeB hardware design experience on control / transport / backplane / baseband board/ transition line card HW design, or antenna, optical, RRH, TMA and repeater
5.Strong MCU, DSP, EPLD and FGPA development experience.
6.Hands on experience with schematics, PCB design on embedded systems.
7.Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with high-density electronic circuit boards.
8.Familiar with PCB manufacturing processes and coordinating projects through Contract Manufacturers (CM).
9.Strong experience to using variance EDA tools, such as Mentor, etc.
10.Firmware programming experience in assembly and C language on Linux system is a plus.
11 Have rich knowledge in technologies such as Antenna, LNA, RF filters, Rx and Tx RF circuits, frequency synthesizers, analog and digital signal processing for digital broadcasting and/or wireless communications
12.Strong experience of RF system design / test, including antenna part. Be familiar with RF test environment design and criteria definition.
13.Be familiar with variant related instruments and software tools such as EDS. Experience in production calibration techniques and DSP techniques for correction/calibration of analog components is considered a merit.
14.Be familiar with radio circuit design / development / test and PCB layout.
15.Be familiar with EMC / Safety certification, product optimization and mass production.
16.Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
