Responsibilities;
1. Project manage the design, development, training of trainers, delivery and evaluation of the effectiveness and impact of ILP training
2. Develop and implement regular post training follow-up of ILP training, to ensure production targets are achieved.
3. Ensure ILP training and sales meet required quality and regulatory standards.
4. Design and implement follow-up communication on ILP to keep the Agency Force informed about fund developments, market changes, opportunities, etc.
5. Ensure effective, appropriate and regular 2-way communication with Branches.
6. Manage the ILP Project team and develop the team members appropriately to make them self-sufficient ILP champions within their Branches.
Qualifications
1. University graduate or above, preferably in Insurance or Business Management.
2. At least 5 years experience in ILP as a trainer.Ideally a successful track record in ILP sales.
3. Strong leadership, communication and facilitation skills.
4. Strong experience in managing teams
5. Sales experience
6. Interpersonal skills
7. Good command of English.
8. Change leadership, business acumen, talent development, working across boundaries.
