Psychologist - Consultant (Station in Shanghai, China)
Competence@ China is a wholly foreign owned limited company and the branch office in China of CPM (Consultants in Personnel Management) based in Belgium. Competence@ China was established in May 2000 using a diversity of selection tools to measure and evaluate a wide range of competencies among Chinese as well as foreign employees.
Job Responsibilities: -Selecting Chinese as well as foreign candidates -Interviewing and evaluating candidates on their competencies -Advising clients related to recruitment, promotion, re-orientation, and development/training -Following up and maintaining good relationship with clients -Executing Assessment and Development Centres by using psychometric tests, specific tools and assessment exercises -Providing feedback session -Assisting in ad-hoc projects or other duties when required
Requirements: -Master degree in Business Psychology, Occupational Psychology or its equivalent -Minimum 3 years relevant working experience -Good command of spoken and written of both English and Mandarin -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Have a feeling for the psyche of people and a commercial attitude -Willing to work overtime and under pressure -Flexible and willing to travel
