The role
•Develop and execute sales & distribution strategy, and commercial policy; be responsible for market segmentation, positioning of the product portfolio, and management of the product lifecycle.
•Lead the sales organization to achieve business targets against pre-set goals in terms of revenue, margin, cost to serve, and product mix.
•Manage and develop distribution partners in the channels to ensure geographic coverage and market segment penetration to deliver sales and market share goals.
•Understand on agreeable customer needs / voices and set high priority to serve.
•Initiate marketing opportunities / activities to support business development.
•Coach, motivate and develop sales team.
The person
•12-15 years experience in a multinational company preferably in IT or consumer electronic goods industry.
•5-10 years experience in a managerial position and successful proven records in outstanding sales performance and product management.
•Passion to develop the business
•Setting & beating to achieve aggressive goals.
